Please look for FREE SHIPPING offers from sellers. Some items ship for free on all order sizes; others may specify order sizes for complimentary shipping. Products that ship free will have a "free shipping" badge on the listing thumbnail.
It is important to note that this is a marketplace and most of the orders on this marketplace are fulfilled by 3rd party vendors that have their own shipping times, rates and terms as well as their own return policy. You can find these terms on the product category page of each vendor.
Shipping times for orders fulfilled by the Swell Market:
Through our Ethos Partnership program, some items we fulfilled directly by the Swell Market for vendor partners. As for shipping times and terms of orders fulfilled by Swell Market Services, we know that timely shipping is crucial to our loyal customers. Our goal is to ship orders fulfilled by SMS as quickly as possible. For items in stock, we work to ship them within 24 hours (during normal business days). Some items purchased in larger quantities may require an additional lead time.
Note: While we work seven (6) days a week to achieve our goal, during peak holiday times, delays may cause an overall increase in shipping times.
Shipping Rates:
Swell Market sellers are required to offer free shipping. Shipping rates and methods can easily be seen during the checkout process prior to placing your final order. The rates displayed are reflective of shipping and handling. In some cases, there is a large amount of packaging material that is used to ensure items are shipped safely to the customer and our shipping rates are reflective of those packaging and handling rates.
International Shipping:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the items price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders fulfilled by Swell Market Services ship from our facility in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Orders shipped by vendors will be shipped from their address.
When will my order arrive?
Tracking details will be provided once your order ships. This will help you estimate a delivery date. Please keep in mind, once an order is shipped it is now in the possession of the carrier and we can not control any potential delays that may occur such as weather events or lost packages. If there is an issue with your delivery please reach out to the seller who shipped your order so they can contact the carrier to help resolve your issue.
